THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Agriculture and Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
They are a true Dutch company with years of experience and foundations in the agriculture and livestock industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be leading a team of several colleague planners to ensure the day-to-day production and transport planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for coaching, motivating and managing several planners. Also you will be responsible for:
-Coordinating the day-to-day schedules
-Creating targets with you manager and team and working towards these
-Tracking possible improvements and offsets in the current processes.
REQUIREMENTS
-BSc or MSc degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
-At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in a managing position within a production, planning or transportation environment
-Deep knowledge of ERP system(s) with a preference towards Quintiq
-Fluent in English and Dutch
