• Generate excellence in the service delivery in the respective area of
responsibility
• Ensure the team is suitably resourced and trained to be effective and support the
Region & Country organization in their service sales endeavor
• Operational handling of spare part, tooling and repair orders coming from R&C’s
and end customers
• Effective continual transactional support for all activities within scope of the Order
Desk Food Processing & Packaging as defined by the Head of Order Desk FPP
• Manage departmental costs and seek for process efficiency gains throughout the
entire supply chain in the area of responsibility
• Alignment on order handling and logistics approach on all products
• Coordinating and handling escalations, such as are made by customers and
R&C’s
• Education on level MBO+/HBO (technical background is a advantage)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a advantage)
• Work experience within a customer service environment is a advantage
• Good knowledge of English language written and oral is a must. Good planning
and organizational skills
• High communication and conflict solving skills
• Willingness to travel (ad hoc)
• Has a international outlook
• Flexibility
• Teamwork
• Proven to work accurately
• Hands-on mentality

For the Order Desk team in Weert we are looking for a Manager Order Desk. The Manager Order Desk Weert reports to the Head of Order Desk Food Processing & Packaging.The position holder is responsible for functional leading a team of order desk employees. The role is embedded into the extended Order Desk team.Responsibilities
