Currently we are looking for Manager of Centralized Monitoring Team to join pharmaceutical company with an office in Warsaw,
What will you be doing?
While working at this position you will be responsible for : line management for a group of Centralized Monitoring Analysts and has shared accountability for centralized monitoring service resulting in protection of data integrity and wellbeing of study participants.
Who are we looking for?
You will have good line management and leadership skills within Centralized Monitoring with a solid background in Clinical Development, Data Analysis and Clinical Systems. Additionally you will have proven knowledge of clinical and pharmaceutical drug development process, understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements. You will have very good written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to work in a global team environment. Technical understanding of tools such as SQL and SAS.
