- Ensure all documentation regarding Health and Safety are complaint with rules and regulations.
- Continuously monitoring of the risk assessments and communication with the relevant business unit.
- Keeping track and reporting on the key performance indicators
- At least 3 years of experience within Health & Safety in a production environment
- Excellent experience with OHSAS 18001
- Able to communicate Health & Safety goals to the shop floor and the boardroom.
- Excellent skill in both Dutch and English

As HS Manager of the production location you'll continuously improve the HS Management Systems by keeping them up to date and expand them whenever possible.Responsibilities
- Manage the HS Management System OHSAS 18001.- Ensure all documentation regarding Health and Safety are complaint with rules and regulations.
- Continuously monitoring of the risk assessments and communication with the relevant business unit.
- Keeping track and reporting on the key performance indicators
Requirements
- Safety adviser certificate level 1- At least 3 years of experience within Health & Safety in a production environment
- Excellent experience with OHSAS 18001
- Able to communicate Health & Safety goals to the shop floor and the boardroom.
- Excellent skill in both Dutch and English
