Management Accountant with Spanish

For our client, an international company from the medical industry, we are looking for a Management Accountant with Spanish. At this position you will be responsible for group accounting and close cooperation with the financial controlling team.

Description
- Taking care of the correctness of transactions and circulation of financial documents;
- Participation in the budgeting and forecasting process (annually/quarterly/monthly);
- Balance sheet reconciliation and asset management;
- Preparation P&L statements and providing ad-hoc analysis;
- Responsible for tax reporting and other reports for tax and statistical offices in Spain;
- Group and statutory accounting and reporting (e.g. account analysis, supporting financial controllers and middle management in decision making);
- Activities related to continuous improvement (e.g. process standardisation, cost optimization);
- Support local units with external audit.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global accounting structures;
- Fluent communication in English and Spanish;
- Experience in financial data analysis and very good knowledge of IFRS regulations;
- Experience in transformation process and knowledge of SOX requirements;
- Proficiency in working in SAP / Hyperion environment;
- Experience as an accountant for the Spanish market will be a strong added value.
