THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company is one of the largest bakeries in the Benelux with several plants and approximately 1500 employees in service. The produce and distribute their product in over 15 countries.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The company is looking for a Maintenance Manager who will focus on increasing the reliability of the machine park and reduce maintenance costs. You will also be responsible for the maintenance budget regarding modifications and investment realising continuously improvements of the production process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be in charge of the maintenance department, leading a team of technicians who will execute reparation tasks.
- Your aim is to shift the maintenance plan form corrective to preventive maintenance.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance budget concerning local modification and investment projects.
- Your goal is to continuously improve the production process and propose improvements.
- You will report to the Engineering Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical BSc
- Several years of leadership experience in a production environment in the maintenance department
- Experience with working in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of improvement programs, for instance TPM, is preferred
- Dutch Communications (speaking/writing)
