Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is a large multinational with more than 15.000 employees in service. The organization focuses on the development of biotechnology and medicines.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Maintenance Engineer, you will perform advanced techniques that are applicable to utilities/WH systems engineering expertise. You will also coordinate the work of architects, consultants and engineering firms on the development of standard design documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will work on projects and work within the scope of schedule, budget and quality constraints to complete design and utilities systems.
- You will implement technical solutions to complex electrical problem concerning design engineering.
- You’ll provide advice regarding general maintenance implementation concerning improvements.
- You will identify repetitive machine malfunctioning with RCA, lead actions for reparations and optimize maintenance concepts.
- You’ll set up SLA’s with contractors and OEM. And are control the planning and purchase of spare parts.
- You are in charge of the CMMS (Maximo).
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical BSc Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
- Knowledge of utilities and building management equipment such as HVAC and electrical installations.
- Working Experience with working in a GMP environment.
- Experience with CMMS, SAP ERP and MS Office.
- Dutch/English Communication (speaking/writing).
