Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Chemicals organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will be a full-time maintenance engineer in the reliability/operations department whom is specialized in improvement of equipment reliability.
As maintenance engineer, you are responsible for reliability and technical capability optimization of the manufacturing installation in accordance with SHE compliance and profitability. You are also in charge of creating and optimizing the maintenance plan and advising the reliability manager about strategic maintenance planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- As an active team member of the reliability/operations department, you are responsible for the direction of behavioral discipline on the worksite.
- You will give support in case of technical failures and will be preforming RCA to optimize technical capability.
- You are in charge of creating, monitoring and discussing important mechanical performance indicators.
- You will take initiative and are a driving force to improve the way of conduct within the reliability/operations department.
- You are responsible mechanical knowledge development by doing research studies so you can give operational support.
- You should carry out the cultural values of the company.
- You are responsible for the documentation and filing in relevant technical information and connecting internal and external stakeholders.
- You will monitor the developments in accordance with legal regulations and will communicate your findings with colleagues and management to improve the technical capability.

REQUIREMENTS

- BSc in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer
- Knowledge of the Manufex work processes and SAP-PM
- You are in possession of a VCA certificate and have an excellent SHE and SHE-behavior track record.
- You are curious by nature, strive for perfection, flexible and possess excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch
