ROLE DESCRIPTION
The company is looking for two maintenance coordinators for the mechanical and E&I department who will be in charge of planning maintenance operations, preparing repairs, replacements and modifications together with a team of external and internal mechanics. You will report to the team leader of the maintenance department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will plan and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance operations at the plant.
- You will implement maintenance strategies and develop maintenance procedures.
- You will ensure that all maintenance operations are safely performed in accordance with rules and regulations
- You are responsible for the documentation concerning maintenance planning/coordination.
- Keep the overview of maintenance and materials used within repairs.
- Suggest improvements according to analysis of documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in a production environment
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance management systems, working procedures within a maintenance department
- Experience using TPM processes
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Accurate and analytical
