* Have a PhD in Computer Science with focus on Machine Learning; or a Master’s degree with at least 4 years of proven experience in this field* Have good software engineering skills: you’ll be customizing, programming and applying ML algorithms, mostly in the area of text analysis and classification
* Be fluent in English
* Have a no-nonsense problem-solving mindset
* Be eager to take technical and organizational responsibility
* Learn quickly, and want to be challenged
