M&A Manager (f/m)
We're looking for experienced professional who will join our client as M&A Manager which is newly created position. Hired candidate will cooperate closely with Managing Director and HQ and will be also in charge to help defining and implementing the company operational strategy. In additions the manager would be in charge of overseeing the M&A process in the company.

Our client operates in renewable energy sector and is one of the leaders in its area. Company continues further growth, especially in Poland.
Polish subsidiary is located in Wrocław.
Description
- Creating and executing M&A strategy in a region;
- Defining and implementing the company operational strategy;
- Plays a strategic role in leading, planning, and providing support for due diligence activities;
- Being in charge of overseeing the M&A processes; project planning and execution;
- Modeling and financial analysis of impending and on-going transactions;
- Close cooperation with managing director, other managers and headquarter;
- Participating in business development activities.
Profile
- Experience in Audit / Transaction Services / Consulting / Investment Banking company;
- Fluent English required;
- Chartered Accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA as nice to have;
- Strong experience with mergers and acquisitions;
- Knowledge of renewable energy sector is a plus;
- Strategy & development definition under the supervision of the country manager;
- Strategical and competition intelligence gathering;
- Strategic negotiations drafting (including strategic partnerships).
