This is a newly established position with a purpose to participate in the creation of a centralized strategy within HR. Particularly, this job is focused on structuring the data within Compensation & Benefits area and then formulating a framework that will be applied in global business units. The higher maturity of a Candidate, the more ownership over the process can be assigned.

Description
- Implementation and execution of the Annual Review Process as well as other HR systems and tools in order to improve & standarize HR and C&B activities.
- Participation in structuring positions and jobs in a standardized system.
- Prepare, control and analyse confidential recurring HR reports as well as ad hoc queries and information requests including analysis & advice to the business on compensation related matters.
- Maintain all Annual Review Process and C&B related process documentation.
- Structure (Senior Management) personnel files, including compensation, developmental and target setting documents.
- Strengthen the Financial Planning process by developing tools for forecasting/budgeting of annual personnel costs.
Profile
- At least bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics or Business;
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR area (preferred compensation & benefits);
- Good technical / conceptual understanding of HR processes & systems;
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint;
- Positive approach towards new implementations and fast changing environment;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Independent and pro-active attitude;
- Fluent English language.
