Our Client is an international automotive producer of components. Due to the start-up of a new factory in Poland company is looking for group of managers reporting directly to manager of the new plant.
Currently we are looking for Logistics Supervisor for them.
Place of work – Central Poland.
Logistics Supervisorwill be responsible for complete the parts ordering training as defined by the division, region & plant. In new role you will ensure that the supplier parameters are correct and schedules are created, accurate and transmitted to the appropriate suppliers on time. You will work with the suppliers to improve the delivery performance and ensure shipments in line with company requirements. You will need to achieve the target purchased parts Inventory in the purchased parts stores and ensure that the inventory is optimised.
Ideal candidate should have minimum 2 – 3 years’ experiencein supplier order management in automotive or electronics environment. We need an experienced candidate with working knowledge of Production Control & Logistics manufacturing requirements and structured problem solving methodologies. Alongside this you need to have experience with negotiations with customer and suppliers, knowledge of Lean, ERP system. English is a must.
