Logistics Specialist with German and French
Location: Warszawa
Due to growth and further expansion of our client we are currently looking for an ambitious, detailed driven and goal oriented individual for a position: Logistics Specialist with German and French.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the flow of information between customers, suppliers, purchases and logistics,
- keeps truck of stock levels,
- performs and coordinates logistics tasks so that deliveries to the customer ale carried out in accordance with the order and at the agreed time frame,
- plans and checks stock statuses,
- works with suppliers and coordinates their activities,
- receives inquiries from the client and coordinates their flow, so that the client gets the information they need,
- supports the implementation of processes to assess the efficienty of logistics services and improve the quality of these processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent written and verbal communication in German and French is a must,
- good communication and customer service skills,
- openness for new challenges,
- ability to effectively work in a team,
- experience in contract management and SAP knowledge will be strong advantages
