For an international e-commerce company located in Warsaw, we are looking for Logistics and Operations Manager with experience in of E-commerce/ B2C/ retail.
The person in this position will be responsible for supervision of processes and warehouse management, coordination of document flow, as well as planning and reporting. The tasks of a person will include team development and cooperation with other departments. Moreover, managing the budget of the department, optimization and implementation of changes.
The company is looking for a Candidate with at least 2 years of experience in similar position, preferably with operational experience inE-commerce, Retail or B2C sector.Perfect Candidate has analytical approach, commitment and focus on achieving goals, as well as high interpersonal and communication skills. This position requires intermediate knowledge of English (for communication with management and Finance department).
