THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG organization, based in Netherlands.
They are growing very hard and are in need of new and ambitious employees to complete their motivated team. They need to keep up with the growth and it is important that the employees want to grow and improve together with them.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be busy with technical projects regarding to logistics. The main tasks will be analyzing and improvement of the logistics projects to make sure the company can grow. You will do this for the Warehouse and Planning & Control department. Next to the improvement and analyses you need to make sure that every process and every employee work efficient and effective. The main goals of the company need to be in line with the department goals and kpi's. You will make reports and discuss the results with the Operation Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuous improvement of the Planning & Control and Warehouse department
- Analyzing the logistic process and make reports
- Work with the information systems to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Make a project plan and follow up on the project plan, you need to stay in line with the companies main goal.
- Training and coaching of logistics employees
REQUIREMENTS
- Master or Bachelor Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Min. 2 years of experience with projects
- Min. 5 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Excellent IT and ERP skills
- Ability to work in a team
