For our Client, one of the largest electronics companies in the world, we are currently looking for the Logistic Specialist with French.
On this position you will be responsible for processing sales orders (including managing expectations on product availability, delivery times and delays and dealing with issues related to sales over forecast), managing returns and complaints, completing data in SAP system and preparing reports. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining positive relations with customers and all parties as well as seeking and implementing improvements.
We are looking for candidates with first professional experience in Customer Service or Order Management gained preferably in SSC or call center. Fluent English and French is a must. Working knowledge of SAP is a huge advantage. The ideal candidate should have a very good organizational skills and positive customers service attitude.
