Logistic Manager - Pharmaceutical Company - GDP
Ensuring the timely and cost-optimal storage and delivery products for optimal operations of Distribution Center of Bausch Health in the territory of Central European markets, including Poland, Russia, CIS, CEE countries.
Client Details
For our client, an international concern dealing in pharmaceutical production and distribution (Rx, OTC, Medical Devices and Components), we are looking for abbitious person for the position of Logistic Manager. The person in this position will be working in Silesia on a daily basis and raport to the Regional Supply Chain Manager.
Description
- Ensuring the design and realization of robust processes and elimination of disruptions of any kind in the area of responsibility
- Ensuring efficient and pro-active management of 3PL provider engaged into warehouse & logistics operations of MLC on regular basis with track of KPI's, terms of performance, scope of duties and rational of efficiencies
- Introduction and maintains of LEAN aspects of operations both in office staff work but also at DC staff work in cooperation with 3PL
- Optimization of productivity and efficiency in warehousing and distribution in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring process optimization and the development of solutions / suggestions
- Contribute to the investment (CAPEX) planning in cooperation with the supervisor and contribute to the realization of the investment plans after approval in a rational way to support continuity or rationalities of business processes
- Contribute to customer and government audits with full support to QA and other departments involved
- Produce monthly reports on achieved results, activities KPIs, problem areasLeading, motivating and developing (technical and personal) the subordinate employees
- Performing legal and operational duties, co-controlling all wholesaler activities according to EU-GDP (Chapter 2.2) and GiF requirements, as well as ensuring the conformity of the quality management system with the aforementioned regulations
Profile
- M.A. or comparable degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices - GDP
- Good and pragmatic leadership skills with exemplary function
- Excellent communication skills & soft skills
- Knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
- Requirements for the PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- At least 6 years of work experience in a similar capacity
- At least 6 years experience in the supply chain
- Experience with medical devices, storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products
- Knowledge of EU & Polish regulations on pharmaceutical products
