Als Logistic Lab Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle logistieke en facilitaire diensten tbv alle labs.Responsibilities
+ Daaronder vallen werkzaamheden als het ontvangen, distribueren en opslaan van alle inkomende goederen, interne orders picken uit de voorraad en distribueren (o.a. laboratoriumbenodigheden en chemicaliën).+ Magazijnbeheer door het op tijd bestellen van de voorraad, orderbevestigingen contoleren en verwerken.
+ Daarbij hoort zorgdragen voor de complete administratieve afhandeling zoals het in- en uitboeken van geleverde goederen en controleren van de inkoopfacturen.
Requirements
- MLO opleiding- Communicatie vaardigheden in Nederlands & Engels
- Service gericht
- Pro-actieve houding
- Alleen kunnen werken en in teamverband
- Basale kennis van laboratorium vaardigheden
