Logistic Director - Production and distribution
Person on this position will be responsible for logistics process of goods from Operational Center to client delivery in global printing goods production and distribution company.

For an international client, intensively developing in the field of printing goods production and distribution, in connection with the develop of a strategic plant in Poland - Silesia we are looking for ambitious individuals for the position of Logistics Director. The person in this position will be a key member of local Management Team with reporting line to the Poland Operations Director.
Description
- Manage the entire logistics process of goods from Operational Center to client delivery,
- Support standardisation and alignment of processes to provide cost savings and improved service levels,
- Play a critical role in the management, control, and direction of either Outbound, Inbound area and customs processes within our Operation Center,
- Creation of a seamless alignment between logistics and production areas,
- Monitor, encourage and reward the team to ensure high performance,
- Lead, motivate and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment,
- Implement change and contribute in cross-functional initiatives,
- Act as a role model for the organisation for change improvement in Operational Center.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in logistic or similar field required,
- Advance ability to manage big group of workers,
- Experience - around 7 years on managerial positions in companies +500 FTE,
- Experience in two or more production or supply chain areas, with track-record in a distribution or manufacturing environment,
- Fluency in English,
- Ability to demonstrate effective problem-solving and analytically capability,
- Hands-on approach and process management orientation,
- Ability to convey a clear and compelling vision and make the connection between vision and daily work.
