ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the role of Location Manager, within this organization you will focus on the HQ location on a wide range of aspects. Furthermore, focus on team performance and strategic alignment.
Being the lead of the 30 team members while being the coordinator of the strategy, presents much responsibility, owner ship and at the same time plenty of opportunities for your personal/career development
RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as Location Manager you will need to showcase experience and knowledge in the following areas:
• Project management of samples
• Communication with field experts and breeders
• Focus on the development of results and formulate key areas to enhance performance
• Close collaboration with colleagues and business partners alike
REQUIREMENTS
To successfully fill this role as an Location Manager, you should have the skills, attitude and behavior that follow:
• MSc or Bachelor in the area of plant science or relevant working experience
• Over 10 years of experience in the crops sciences
• Strong management
• Fluent in English and Dutch is a must
• Proven communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on mentality to anticipate to daily operations
