In this role, you will apply your expertise as Scrum Master to build scrum teams delivering technology solutions in international and diverse environment. We are looking for professionals with passion for growing teams towards an agile methodology. Team members are located across multiple regions, flexible working hours may be required to allow sufficient overlap with ASPAC, EMEA and NAM region.

• Be a gatekeeper of scrum values and processes
• Coach the team in effective value delivery and continuous improvement - daily meetings, planning, self-organization, collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, limiting WIP, etc.
• Support and aids product owner in backlog management - release planning, sprint planning, refinement sessions
• Foster transparency and collaboration by assisting the team in organizing their backlog, information radiators and metrics
• Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
• Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress
• Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Provide guidance around the tools used for backlog management and work tracking (Jira)
• Collaborate with Senior Project Manager to plan the project, track milestones, risks and dependencies
• Work with partner teams outside of LMS to track dependencies and to ensure that deliverables are on track
• Escalate any risks/issues to appropriate level of management with supporting metrics
• Collaborate with release management, Operations teams to track release status and complete the required deliverables
• Deep understanding of Agile & lean values and principles
• Working experience as a member of distributed Agile team (1+yr), tech domain preferred Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values (lean and product management a plus), Working experience -1 year
• Working knowledge of best practices in value-driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis-driven development, usability testing)
• Working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps
• Good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement Working knowledge of work management and collaboration tools (Jira and Confluence preferred)
• Expertise in Jira – should be able to monitor and maintain Jira Sanity, metrics and develop supporting dashboards to facilitate discussions
