The Information Technology Liquidity team requires a Solutions Architect to define architectural solutions for a range of regulatory and internal liquidity requirements. This role will sit within the Liquidity Technology department and you will work closely with the Lead Solutions Architect, internal technology design forums, systems analysts, business change and development teams on various projects.
Your new role
Deliver technology solutions for liquidity risk requirements Continuous stakeholders’ engagement to keep abreast of latest business needs Drive overall liquidity technology architecture strategy Gather and understand business requirements Ensure solutions proposed per project align with technology strategy Document and present solution designs and architecture and achieve consensus across business Lead the delivery of architecture design documentation Stay abreast of latest appropriate technologies relevant to the domain Stay abreast of external providers of technology solutions relevant to the domain Provide expertise in software engineering and systems design to the wider technology team

Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education;
- Knowledge of SQL
- 10+ years of work experience and 6+ years of relevant experience in similar banking projects implementation
- Willingness to take ownership and drive projects
- In-depth understanding of software development life cycle and system solutions design
- Prior experience with large data sets and performance optimisation
- Knowledge of Liquidity Risk and Balance Sheet Management would be a definite advantage
- Knowledge of business intelligence/analytics solutions would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Moody’s suite of liquidity and balance sheet management solutions (or equivalent liquidity risk platforms) will be viewed favourably
- Experience in typed FP (Haskell, OCaml, F# etc) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills across various levels in the organisation
- Attention to detail and able to work within tight timeframes and manage multiple deliverables
- Excellent presentation skills
