Linux Developer

Main Purpose of the role and the Key Responsibilities:

Optical Networks in Wroclaw/Poland is looking for ambitious, passionate engineers opened for new challenges. We are looking for Linux Developers, who will be responsible for creation of comprehensive software solutions. As SW developer for software components you develop control software for optical transmission devices.  Profiling and optimizing realized software belongs to the tasks.

 

 

Requirements:

•          Driver development ( kernel modules )

•          IO / Flashes / Memory Management

•          Kernel build environment / Generation of glibc

•          Network programming / sockets / Ethernet

•          Network protocols ( e.g. ntp, dns, dhcp etc.)

•          Very good written and spoken English

 

 Personal Attributes:

•          Analytical thinking and creativity

•          An abundance of energy, passion and drive

•          Communication skills, problem solving –   solution oriented
