The main aim of the role is to provide effective legal support, increase legal awareness in the company, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures, advising the multi-discipline teams throughout the company, delivering added value to the business.

Description
-
Reviewing and drafting contracts in all areas of operation (including commercial contracts, sales and distribution contracts, real estate, marketing, HR, procurement, logistics and IT, ect.)

Assistance in negotiations
-
Advice and assistance related to competition law
-
Providing legal advice regarding M&A
-
Comprehensive handling of corporate matters (registration filing, drafting Management Board and Supervisory Board resolutions)
-
Legal counselling on environmental protection
-
Reporting to Management Board and Head of Legal
Profile
-
Title of the legal counsel/advocate
-
Fluent English (verbal and written)
-
Minimum 5 years of professional experience gained in international corporations or in international law firms
-
Experience in: negotiations, drafting contracts, M&A, competition law, labour law, litigation/dispute resolution
-
Tenacious, conscientious, hardworking and thorough and with lots of energy to work fast and efficiently

Business - oriented (good business judgement, understanding internal customer needs)

Very good analytical and organizational skills (good at prioritizing tasks)

Resistance to stress and pressure of time and people
