For our big international client form finance sector, we are looking for Legal Counsel.
On this position you will be responsible for providing high quality legal advice and support on corporate law matter in a fast-paced environment, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, purchasing, service and technology licensing as well as outsourcing agreements, advise on day to day legal needs, working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies, giving accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics, collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies, communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust, dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
The person for this position should have 5 – 10 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel, good knowledge of commercial law, fluent English, master degree in law, solid experience with the preparation and negotiation of complex contracts, Strong communicative and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal information to stakeholders, strategic overview and business oriented with a firm judgement call.
