• Provide legal advice to the group businesses on a country level including but not limited to labor, commercial, competition, distribution, product warranty and product liability matters, debt collection and manufacturer regulations.
• Analyze and monitor the evolution of the legal and regulatory framework in the relevant businesses
• drafting and preparing letters, contracts and any legal documents
• manage litigation and insolvency matters
• participate in legal department projects
• create, maintain, and manage appropriate and organized files regarding ongoing matters
• organize and conduct training and provide legal information to internal clients
• degree in Law
• 5-10 years of previous experience in a primary law firm and/or as in-house lawyer in a business corporation
• must be fluent in written and spoken English
• proficient computer skills/Microsoft Office Suite
• strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• dynamic, eye for details, well organized, results oriented & efficient
• understands business urgencies and can perform under demanding circumstances
• client-oriented, creative
• discreet, reliable
• Autonomous, able to work hands on and operational, willing to go in the field
