To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are looking for a Specialist Legal & Regula-tory Reporting(m/f/d) based in Cracow.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• You will join our team Legal & Regulatory Reporting that provides monthly and quarterly reporting to a wide range of investors as well as regulatory authorities (BaFIN, European Central Bank, CSSF)
• Production of Regulatory Reporting in accordance with MiFID and PRIIPS regulations (European MiFID templates and European PRIIPS templates) as well as Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting
• Communicating with clients and regulatory authorities (in English and German), including responding to client queries and providing explanations to the reporting
• Subject Matter Expert for internal and external parties (clients, auditors) for all MiFID, PRIIPS and CRR-related matters
• Active contribution to projects in the area of Regulatory Reporting
• Analysis and implementation of changes to the regulations into the standard reporting (e.g. CRR II, EMT 3.0)
What you offer:
As successful candidate, you will bring the following:
• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related subject
• At least two years experience in regulatory reporting or in similar area (e.g. regulatory compliance, legal reporting, client reporting or consulting)
• Knowledge of MIFID and PRIIPS regulation, being familiar with other EU regulations like Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and Solvency II
• Working experience in area of asset management or accounting for investment funds, preferably gained at an investment management company, asset management firm, custodian bank or consulting firm
• Understanding of and interest in asset management industry and it’s regulatory environment
• Flexible team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills; able to quickly dive into the details, structure them and draw conclusions
• First experience with project management
• Process- and solution-oriented mindset with strong customer service focus
• Strong MS Excel/MS Access skills, VBA programming will be an additional as-set
• Fluent in English
• Advanced in German and willing to develop German language skills would be an advantage
