For our Client, international biotechnology company,we are currently looking for a person for a position of Learning Systems Administratorin a newly created team (6 vacancies) within Shared Service Center based in Warsaw.
Your new role:
As Learning SystemsAdministrator you will be responsible for performing administrative and organisational activities in terms of training processes at the company (courses, e-learning platform administration). Daily duties will include: uploading and distributing content and training materials, developing and administrating training programs, resolving problems with training execution, serving as a 1st point of contact for learners, creating and maintaining process documentation, etc.Due to the continuous improvement approach at the company you will have an opportunity of supporting implementation of new solutions.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in HR area on administrative position(HR operations, payroll, e-learning, training administration, exams and courses support, etc.), preferably within outsourcing services. Due to the international scope of the role we are looking for candidates with very good English skills.The ideal candidate should be a well organised and detail-oriented person with good communication skills and customer service attitude.If you have already gathered some HR experience and are looking for an opportunity to develop, apply!
