Learning Services Country Coordinator with German
Coordinates the training deployment within a selected portfolio or country. Works closely with local Learning Solutions teams and HRBP's to align the approach and agree on priorities. Participates in local, regional and global projects and initiatives. Acts as a Single Point of contact for selected portfolio for employees, vendors and managers.

Our Clients is an international company with their HR SSC located in Warsaw. For their developing structures we are looking to hire experienced candidate for the role of Learning Services Country Coordinator responsible for DACH market.
Description
-
Executing operational activities within learning & development process (administrate scheduling of courses, assuring correct data in learning system, building relation with vendors and trainers)

Active involvement in events and campaigns in the country (e.g. Learning Week, training needs collection, etc.)

Delivering our promises on time and in spot-less quality
-
Ensure deployment in line with budget prevision
-
Establishing and maintaining cooperation with Learning Solutions, HRBP and local HR Services Manager
-
Preparing analysis and reports related to learning process
-
Control realization of annual and quarterly learning plans and completeness of mandatory trainings
-
Drawing up of new policies, process maps, rules and procedures and other documents in the field of personnel training and development, and corrects the existing policies and procedures of the Company to make processes more effective

Supporting team in daily activities
Profile

Fluent English and German language is the must
-
Experience related to training coordination will be beneficial

Strong analytical skills
-
Customer Service focus (experience in SSC or BPO will be an asset)

Intermediate Excel skills

Team-working attitude
-
Strong ability to manage stakeholders' expectations.
