Learning Manager will be responsible for efficiency and effectiveness of services provided by Learning Management System support and Global Training; ensures smooth delivery of all global training activities rolled out via our Learning Management System.

Learning Manager will be responsible for efficiency and effectiveness of services provided by Learning Management System support and Global Training; ensures smooth delivery of all global training activities rolled out via our Learning Management System.
Job Accountabilities
- Manages Learning Operations team (Provides strategic direction, allocates resources, manages people and budget)
- Acts as key contact for Head of Learning Delivery and other relevant business leaders
- Understands business requirements and prioritizes team activities accordingly
- Manages interfaces with IT partners and acts as first level of escalation
- Drives continuous improvement of internal processes
Your Skills
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in managing diverse teams
- Business fluent English (oral and written)
- Experience in the development and delivery of employee, manager and leader learning solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and coaching skills
- Strong relationship management and people management skills
- Excellent project management, strategic thinking and tactical implementation skills
