For our International Client – we are looking for - Learning & Development Leader.
In this role, you will be the key person responsible for building a digital training platform for our employees across all locations worldwide. You will closely cooperate with our HR to create efficient, user friendly and innovative learning tools. Your task will be to collaborate with different departments and propose solutions based on the training needs identified locally. You will then work on building the tools and ensuring their successful implementation.

Your responsibilities are:
- Co-create our digital training platform (LMS) for users across locations
- Coordinate and supervise IT projects for Human Resources
- Develop new digital training tools
- Offer your vision of new, innovative learning tools to ensure continuous growth, innovation and talent development within the Company
Our Client’s requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2/C1)
- Strong experience in learning & development, human resources and/or IT learning projects is preferable
- Knowledge of SCORM/ e-learning systems will be a strong asset
- Experience of working in the SSC / BPO sector will be an asset
