We are looking for an Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Department and partner our business and company with coordinating, facilitating and delivering trainings. In this position you will have a chance to support 4 countries: Poland, Germany, Luxembourg and Ireland in creation, development and conducting of training projects.
This is an exciting time to join our Learning & Development team as we are launching a number of activities and initiatives to support our fast-growing organization. As a Learning & Development Partner you will make an immediate impact on our growth and direction of L&D future initiatives.
Your areas of responsibility include:
• management and further development of our learning portfolio (internal and external trainings, coachings) across all locations by evaluating individual and organizational development needs
• advising managers and employees on personnel development matters
• design and deliver organisation and administration of workshops, trainings and e-learning courses
• monitoring and reporting of the training budget
• support in running of our trainee programs
• running the group-wide Performance Management Process including monitoring and reporting of the process in our HR system (Workday)
• cooperation in the conception and execution of the Employee Survey including implementation of actions afterwards
• cooperation in interesting projects around the Learning Strategy
Your skills and responsibilities:
• L&D experience, ideally in an international environment
• profound knowledge and competence in the implementation and realization of processes within personnel development topic
• University degree in human resource management, psychology, business education or comparable studies or relevant working experience
• trainer experience
• conceptual, solution-oriented and hands-on mindset
• flexibility and proactivity
• high service orientation, high commitment and team player skills
• excellent MS Office skills
• Workday experience is a plus
