For our Client, one of the international tobacco industry leaders, we are currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator.
Your new role
You will be responsible for policy and strategy related to training, and employee development in business unit, ensuring that talent is identified, and further developed, and for preparing training programmes, presentations and conducting in-house training. Other tasks of L&D Coordinator include carrying out the student internship programmes, implementing and improving local tools and regulations, ensuring that tools are implemented and compliant with global standards, providing reporting on training and development activities and budgets, and controlling the quality of trainings.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need to have a bachelor’s degree (preferably in psychology), at least 3 years of professional experience in L&D area, profound knowledge of development planning and appraisal system, excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, and ability to prepare and deliver trainings. Fluency in English (at least B2/C1 level) is a must. Ideal Candidate has strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and to work with people at different levels of the organization. The knowledge of training market and the ability to manage projects will be an asset.
