For our Client, international company with global reach, we are currently looking for a person to join Learning & Development team based in Warsaw.
As Learning & Development Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the company’s training program through coordinating events that support the company’s continuous improvement efforts. Daily duties will include: contacting trainers, sending invitations, booking rooms and equipment, coordinating catering arrangements, distributing training materials, creating and maintaining process documentation, preparing evaluations, etc. Due to the continuous improvement approach at the company you will have an opportunity of supporting implementation of new solutions.
We are looking for candidates with first experience in HR or learning & development area, preferably from SSC environment. Due to the international scope of the role we are looking for candidates with fluent English. The ideal candidate should be a well organised and detail-oriented person with good communication skills.
