Your new role
Learning and Development Administrator
Responsible for deploying and ensuring all training is carried out for Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Central Asia. Set up training required across the region, and ensuring that the requirements for the type of training being provided are in place. Support the Academies, local facilitators, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and vendors in training delivery.
More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have good working knowledge of MS Office as well as advanced level of English and German. We are looking to hire an effective communicator with good problem solving skills. Experience in administration would be an added value.

Your new role
Learning and Development Administrator
Responsible for deploying and ensuring all training is carried out for Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Central Asia. Set up training required across the region, and ensuring that the requirements for the type of training being provided are in place. Support the Academies, local facilitators, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and vendors in training delivery.
More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordination of training for employees
- Resolve end-user queries related to training
- Source training material
- Liaison with training vendors and or SME’s
- Analysis and reporting on training provided
- Financial administration
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have good working knowledge of MS Office as well as advanced level of English and German. We are looking to hire an effective communicator with good problem solving skills. Experience in administration would be an added value.
