For our client, an international production company, located in Dzierżoniów, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates interested in new development opportunities, who will join the company's structures for the position of Lean Manager.
Responsibilities:
- The Lean Manager is responsible for developing, in conjunction with functional and plant leaders, roadmap to achieve excellence in targeted KPI’s, select critical projects to whose he/she contributes with a pool of experts.
- Captures training needs and set up development plans to provide the right skills’ growth within the organisation.
- Make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Leads the lean transformation inside the operations and leverage on best practices to improve the processes.
- The Lean Manager identifies opportunities for lean projects, defines a lean roadmap along with the functional leaders and develops key competences within the organisation, brings new competences, training in first person key stakeholders at various level of the organisation.
- This role requires a master ability in: Bowling chart deployment and KPI roll out; Problem solving tools; Daily management system; Coaching framework; Lean basic tools; Data analysis and problem-solving tools at its widest range.
- Reports on Lean performance, progress and KPIs to the Site Leader and Lean Value Stream Manager.
- Leads Lean Audits within the business and participate on external parties Audit/Control as required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferred in Automotive industry.
- Practical knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Leadership skills and hands on & proactive approach.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise, focus on and obtain business results.
