ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be the Lead Maintenance Engineer of a team of Operational Maintenance Technicians. You will be leading curative and preventive projects at the Headquarters of this Food Multinational. You will be focussing on Quality, Safety and Clean and Efficient production. As the company has a open and transparent structure and organisation you will be try to develop your team in giving their own creative input and having their own responsibilities. The company is looking for an enthusiastic Mechanical Engineer with ambitions to grow and specialise towards higher Production or Engineering positions within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the planning, execution and management of curative and preventive maintenance projects
- Coaching, training and development of the team of Maintenance Technicians
- Budget responsibility for the Maintenance department
- You will be responsible for the determining and evaluation of external partners, focussing on Quality and Safety
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering
- 4 years of experience in Maintenance in Food / Chemicals / Pharma / FMCG
- Experience in coaching / guiding engineers
- Fluent in Dutch and French
- Well developed influencing and communication skills
