For our Client, company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Lead IT Business Analyst.
Your new role
Holding this position you will lead in depth analysis to drive to drive out ‘best in class’ sales and service digital channel experience (promoting convergence and reuse). You will have line management accountability for a team, in which case a proportion of their time (circa 20-30%) will be people focused rather than task focused. You will also lead definition and scoping of analysis activity for new initiatives working within country and global teams, identify current state, undertake gap analysis and progressing requirements. You will be expected to provide deep and/or broad subject matter expertise, source and interpret data/insight to underpin the design of digital services/ experiences, for both manufacture and deployment. Your duties will also include providing SME support and coaching for Digital Analysts and where appropriate, direct leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess a relevant University Degree as well as strong Analytical ability and experience - excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex data from a variety of sources, and to operate effectively where data is ambiguous or incomplete. You will also be expected to have the ability to quickly understand customer and operational considerations, e.g. risk, and awareness of User Centered Design methodology. Excellent understanding of project methodology, frameworks and Agile, as well as Subject Matter Expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations, are required. You also need to hold experience in process improvement and Lean thinking methodologies.
