Your new role
As a Lead Fullstack Developer you will be responsible for overall responsibility for technical product delivery. You will be cooperating closely with Backend and Frontend engineers and with the Product Manager. Lead Engineer facilitates the product development across the team and manages the technical process gates and deadlines to ensure successful and hygienic delivery. The Lead Engineer is the driver of the development team through a lean, agile-based incubation and commercialisation process. You’ll be creating REST based web services and APIs for consumption by mobile and web platforms, developing high quality, scalable and maintainable systems using service oriented architecture and micro-services, implementing new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX experts, and software and hardware engineers.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, at least 8 years software development experience including 3 years of web applications development. Also, good knowledge of virtualization technologies, experience with native or hybrid mobile development, hardware hacking and prototyping experience is required. Frontend technologies such JavaScript, HTML/ HTML5, CSS, web frameworks such jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, Express, Swagger, SailJS. Experience with object oriented design and building of backend applications and REST API services using Java or Node.js and experience in designing data persistence and caching concepts using both SQL and NoSQL database-management system. Great English language skills are a must.
