Lead Fenergo Developer

Luxoft is looking for a Development Team Lead to work with local and global teams on Fenergo, a fast paced high profile multiyear application rollout.

You will lead a high-performance team and have the opportunity to excel and grow your career delivering quality at a fast pace. This position requires advanced technical and strong leadership skills, including client's stakeholders management.

Fenergo developers are responsible for delivering the Fenergo Product configured to customer specification. They will become experts in configuring the Fenergo Framework and be knowledge experts in the product offering and configuration capabilities.

Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management, Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer and Client Data Management solutions for investment, corporate, commercial and private banks.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver using Agile methodologies, by turning business requirements into sprint deliverables using fully functional scrum team involving members of all need roles (BA, Dev, QA, DevOPS)
• Be a technical lead for the team coaching and mentoring team members, participating in codding especially on challenging tasks, design and code reviews etc.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables, making sure these are well implemented & tested using best practices in coding, automation, integration and testing
• Proactively identify gaps, propose and implement DevOPS CD/CI related improvements where applicable
• Collaborate and work with other delivery leads, CTO, Change & release management in IT Organization for successful programs delivery.
• Build, lead & expand the IT delivery team by identifying suitable candidates.
• Support the production support team to maintain production stability of applications and infrastructure.

Required skills:

• Team leadership experience on technical and people level, including working in a virtual team environment
• Exemplary planning, coordination and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including Senior Management Reporting.
• Proven track record of project delivery (SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies)
• Strong IT Knowledge and understanding of IT operational environment
• Development background with hands on design and development experience in developing multi-layer Web application systems using C#.NET, WCF, MSMQ, Entity Framework
• .NET/Java experience, e.g. Visual Studio, Eclipse, or other IDE experience
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle DB, SSIS or ODI
• Experience with Git, TeamCity, JIRA etc.
• Ability to create and challenge designs, estimations etc.
• Experience in database design and development
• Experience of responsive web design principles
• Experience or knowledge of Web Servers, e.g. IIS, Apache, etc.

Nice to have:

• Previous Fenergo experience/exposure
• Ability to work in globally distributed teams
• Experience in TDD (Test Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior Driven development)
• Knowledge on Docker
• Previous experience in financial services, client onboarding applications being a plus
• Knowledge of React.js, optionally experience using redux together with React
• Exposure to ElasticSearch or other search and indexing services (e.g. Apache Solr)
