Your new role
As Lead Cryptography Analyst you’ll be managing key cryptography team responsible for innovation and solutions in the encryption space. This team will be responsible for understanding emerging technology and its benefits or impact.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Providing solutions to the business allowing our Client to take advantage of the latest encryption technology and to efficiently and effectively analyse, test and deploy innovative cryptography solutions.
- Understanding the threat landscape with regard to cryptography and providing mitigation and solutions to reduce, manage or eliminate the risk posed by these threats.
- Reporting progress and identifying and raising any issues/risks, escalating as appropriate to enable satisfactory resolution.
- Building trusting relationships with stakeholders by consistently meeting and delivering upon their business needs; demonstrating and being respected for your domain knowledge.
- Delivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
- Being knowledgeable about Client business needs, the businesses of competitors and emerging trends in the industry landscape.
- If needed supporting and working alongside Global colleagues.
- Proactively interacting with and providing support to delivery partners to ensure the needs of the business are met
- Ensuring that the cryptography team complies with appropriate internal and external standards
- Liaising with the cryptography team’s internal control function.
