Technology Risk Management is a part of the Chief Risk Office, which is the Bank’s second line of defence. TRM partners with business lines to enable technology solutions whilst helping company to effectively manage cyber and information technology risks.

Your role:
This is a lead analyst role in the TRM team. This role is based in Wrocław with the main responsibilities as follows:
• Overseeing and challenging technology risk practices within the Firm
• Analyzing Technology Control KRI’s and KPI’s for accuracy and relevance to the assigned control
• Reviewing and maintaining Technology Risk Statements and associated Technology Risk Register
• Contributing to TRM requirements for the new ServiceNow GRC tool
• Developing relationships with other TRM teams and First Line of Defense stakeholders
• Supporting development of end-to-end technology risk picture
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 1-3 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in Technology, Information Security and/or technology risk preferred. Knowledge of security systems and applications preferred. At least one security clearance preferred.
• Technology Controls and Frameworks
• Metrics/KRI’s/KPI’s/data analysis
• Governance, Risk and Compliance tools such as ServiceNow or Archer
• Working on projects with minimal guidance (leading projects is a ++)
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding Technology Risk and/or project work
Good to have:
• Good certifications to have for this position are: CompTIA Security+ and/or CRISC
