Our Client is a part of the world's most international businesses from the FMCG sector, with brands sold in more than 200 markets around the world.
Currently, for our Client, we are looking for a Logistic Execution Solution Designer in Warsaw.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving the evolution of the relevant product(s), where appropriate by delivering through central capabilities (internal team and System Integrator (SI))
- Explaining the customer and business need to the immediate team, and collaborating effectively with them to break down complex pieces of work into smaller deliverable pieces of value; working with the team to write user stories and acceptance tests, providing direction on short-term tasks/near-term priorities
- Managing successful end-to-end delivery of product iterations, prioritising work and making appropriate trade-offs
- Communicating progress, proactively managing risks and issues, escalating to the Template Delivery Lead where necessary
- Collaborating effectively with other product teams, Supply Chain/Logistics SMEs, Deployment teams, Data and Analytics team and others both within and outside the Programme structure
- Understanding and reporting progress against agreed outcomes and related success measures
- Using data to drive analysis of new features / iterations and driving prioritisation of future work
- Protecting the consistency of the template and ensuring the existing functionalities are leveraged as much as possible instead of developing new customizations
- Reviewing the functional end to end design to confirm its suitability in regard to business requirements
- Validating the delivered product to confirm its readiness for UAT
Main requirements:
- Degree educated IT professional with business-facing IT experience in a global environment
- Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with working knowledge of agile practices
- Proactivity and initiative, a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work unsupported
Previous Experience
- A seasoned IT professional with, as a guideline 5 to 7 years’ experience in the field of IT Supply Chain
- Previous work as SAP WM consultant
- Must have: Knowledge of SAP IM, WM, logistics processes
- Nice to have: logistics Track and Trace solutions (ideally Movilizer)
Key Success Factors
- Continual evolution of the relevant product(s), successfully delivering through central capabilities
- Effective management of the backlog, with clear visibility of how the individual items link to the strategic theme and all relevant information provided to supplier team
- Consistency of the template is preserved
