THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Medical Devices organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company is an international player and operates a local laboratory of approx. 20 people with a background in microbiology and analytical chemistry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The lab engineer will make a contribution to the improved quality of the company's products through the development and optimization of laboratory testing methods and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- verification of laboratory test results
- definition, development and improvement of laboratory procedures
- definition and improvement of method validations
- writing and development of IQ/OQ/PQ/CSV protocols and reports for laboratory equipment
- management of varying laboratory projects
- implementation of CAPAs and quality data trending
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/Master in Engineer, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences or related directions
- in-depth knowledge of analytical testing and automation procedures
- planning skills - ability to prioritize multiple tasks and troubleshooting
- good skills in writing of protocols, reports, and procedures
- good command of both English and Dutch (oral and written)
