L4 VAC Team Shift Manager [WRO]
Miejsce pracy: Wrocław
You will be responsible for:
- managing the team and their workload, monitoring and reporting upon internal & external key KPIs,
- assigning responsibilities to team members and monitoring results. Ensuring that team members complete the task accurately and efficiently,
- supporting the Manager to meet business metrics and goals,
- maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personnel issues in the work place,
- resilience to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization in a fast-paced business environment.
We require:
- fluency in English,
- 2+ years’ experience in working in a security, IT or customer service role,
- 2+ years’ experience in leadership and team management,
- high experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.),
- strong time management and multitasking skills as well as attention to detail,
- availability to work a shift schedule including any/all of the following: weekends/nights and holidays.
