L2 Support Analyst – Application Administrator

Join our team and support applications on L2.
Main duties:
- Resolving requests and incidents related to the use of domain specific applications within Scientific Decision Support domain,
- Keeping track of service records in accordance with ITIL,
- Collaboration with global IT support teams,
- Working with documentation (technical, SOP\TOP, guides),
- Shift based work in 24\5 mode (majority of shifts for EU Time Zone).
Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience related to user and application support (of type L1) or already started working on L2
- English B2 level required
- Practical knowledge of ITIL's methodology and following processes: Access, Incident Management. Infrastructure Monitoring
- Practical, hands-on experience of Linux systems - expected level of proficiency should match scope of LPIC-1 certification requirements
- Nice to have – practical knowledge of SQL at Support Analyst level (querying database, and basic DDL\DML level of knowledge)
