We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
KYCS Screening Analyst
Miejsce pracy: KrakówKey Accountabilities:
Perform customer negative news screening via RDC tool in line with global and local requirements
When required, undertake screening via World Check, HUB and other systems in order to meet the country local requirements
Perform OFAC/Sanctions review as per Global requirements
Review and discount, where possible, all screening results in accordance with the Group Policy and Global
Screening procedures
Recommend/undertake further due diligence where required. Refer adverse findings to SME’s. Ensure a conclusion is reached with regards to the risk
Notify the KYC Operation Analyst about the materiality of screening results in order to initiate escalation process, if necessary as per process matrix
Ensure the Global Screening Procedure is followed
Ensure that issues are escalated to TLs, SMEs where appropriate
Provide training and support to new Screening Analysts– ensure that work is done efficiently and quality targets are achieved
Assist Team Leader on daily basis with additional tasks
Be ready to take QC role in order to verify quality and efficiency of others
Provide timely and high quality screening services to KYC Operations Production Teams
Requirements:
Demonstrate an great knowledge of KYC/AML/CDD process
Good knowledge of regulatory trends and developments
Fluent/Native written/spoken and French
Good level of English
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Be capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external clients
Be highly organised and have a strong sense of urgency
Be able to work effectively in a time pressued enviroment
Proven ability to prioritise competing demands
Positive ‘can do/ will do’ attitude
