We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
KYC TEAM LEADER (FinTech/RegTech Start-up)

Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the KYC process in order to ensure understanding of clients’ ownership structure and business, ensure the collection of the documentation required for each KYC files with the teams and through research (client websites, regulators, etc.)
Requirements:
2+ years experience with the principles of risk based KYC, client risk assessment and the products used in a wholesale banking and institutional broker dealer business
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Fluency in English
Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work in the teams
Background in financial services
Law or financial degree would be beneficial
Knowledge of Blockchain technology and Cryptocurrencies (e.g. Bitcoin) is ideal but not essential, however getting interest in the same is crucial here
