Online Operations Coordinator (with French)

As an Online Operations Coordinator you will start your career at Google supporting our growing number of international online advertisers. The quality and relevance of our product is a top priority for us and you will ensure this by reviewing advertising campaigns and making decisions that maintain our standards. While developing your expertise in online marketing, you will contribute to an excellent customer service experience for our advertisers by responding to incoming queries and by consistently working on improving our product features, tools and services. Working with other departments across international markets, you will bring your personality and individual strengths to a team of enthusiastic and talented colleagues who will work with you on a variety of projects, some of which we hope you would initiate and drive yourself.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze ad content, format and accuracy and assess according to Google standards
  • Providing excellent service to Google's clients and users via email and online help groups
  • Be our customers' voice - suggest and implement ideas to improve our products, tools and processes
  • Identifying innovative ways to improve the user experience, and then working with product management, marketing and engineering to implement your ideas
  • Make our team stronger with your ideas and help drive change through working with your colleagues on a variety of projects

Requirements:

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent from a top institution - additional academic achievements an advantage
  • Some client service experience
  • Excellent written communication skills in French and English
  • Detail orientation and client focus
  • Demonstrated initiative and creativity
  • Flexibility to grow within a dynamic business environment
  • Passionate about the internet
